Address Verification Policy |
For credit card orders, Al Hannah is required to verify the customer billing address before shipping. Please make sure you always provide the correct billing address when placing your order. To use an alternate shipping address (such as a Work address), please call your bank and ask to have the address added as an authorized ship-to address for your account for fastest processing.
Address Verification is a security feature of your credit card that helps us make sure your order gets to you without problems, and helps to prevent unauthorized use of your account.
Orders paid by Credit Card may NOT ship across country lines (Payment using a card issued in a country other than your own. )
