Shopping System Help

  • To add an item to your shopping cart: View the catalog, and click the “Add To Cart” button, or In the item’s ordering page, fill out the required information – how many you would like, what color, and size (if applicable). When you are done entering your information, click the “Add To cart” button to add the item to your cart.
  • NOTE : If your item choices are disappearing from your shopping cart, please see notes below about “Cookies”.
  • To finish shopping and place your order: Click the “Checkout” option on our navigation menu or on your cart View page.
  • To submit your shipping and billing information: Press the “Place Order” button at the end of our checkout.
  • To cancel your order: Choose the “Empty cart” option from our menu or your “View cart” page.
  • To remove unwanted items: Click the “View cart” option on our menu. When your cart is loaded, click the X button to the right of the unwanted item.
  • Security: For more information on our Security, please view our Security Policy page.
  • Cookies: Our site requires “cookies” to help keep track of your item choices. If you are experiencing disappearing items from your shopping cart – cookies may be disabled or not working. First check that cookies are enabled (see your Web Browser’s help for more information). If your cookies are enabled but are still not working – restart your browser by closing all browser windows then try again.NOTE: If you are running Privacy Management Software – such as “Norton Internet Security” this may be interfering with our website, as well as others. Certain Privacy Management Software will allow you to choose to allow or deny our cookies. Please be sure to allow our website to set cookies if you are running this type of software.
