Al Hannah is able to accept the following payment methods:
- Visa / MasterCard / Discover / American Express
- Debit Cards with the Visa / MasterCard logo
- Check cards with the Visa / MasterCard logo
- Prepayment by Check (Personal, Cashier, Bank)
- Prepayment by Money Order
- Prepayment by International Money Order
- Collect on Delivery COD ( Payment at delivery time by Money Order, Certified, and Bank Check only )
- Funds Transfer Service (Western Union/Money Gram - contact us before
sending)
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.
Unacceptable Payment Methods:
Al Hannah does not accept:
- Direct Bank Wire Transfer (Except pre-approved organizations, entities, and purchasers only.)
- Paypal
- Bidpay
- Payment services similar to Paypal/Bidpay
- Foreign payment cards, such as Switch, Maestro, Interlink, and JCB cards
- Cards that require you to enter a pin number (ATM card)
Details for COD payment:
United States orders only please. COD orders can not be sent to addresses outside of the United States. Merchandise total should exceed $50.00 (Shipping & COD surcharges not included). Express services are not available with COD delivery.
All COD packages will be shipped by UPS Ground service (Delivery in 1-5 business days). Unfortunately, UPS is unable to deliver to PO Boxes, we can not send a COD delivery to a PO Box.
COD payment accepted by money order only - UPS will not accept checks.
Returned COD deliveries (refused by customer at delivery time or returned as unclaimed by customer) that require redelivery will be assessed a redelivery fee of the full cost of reshipment and prior shipment. This fee must be paid before the package is reshipped.
PLEASE NOTE
UPS Charges about $18.00 per COD shipment.
We do understand that the cost is high for the UPS COD service, however we provide it as a service to our customers who prefer to not use credit cards and/or the banking system. Please be aware that we must pay UPS Shipping Fees wether you accept your package or return it to us.
