Ordering Terms

General

All information provided to Al Hannah for an order is subject to verification.

We are a retail establishment; we do not offer wholesale pricing.

Orders placed are subject to our Returns Policy.

Credit Cards

Orders paid by Credit Card should adhere to our Address Validation standards - which are dictated by card issuers (your bank). Orders without a proper billing address provided may be rejected and/or cancelled. (Billing Address is the address at which you receive your credit card statement.)

Orders paid by Credit Card may NOT ship across country lines (Payment using a card issued in a country other than your own. )

Shipping

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Order Shipment is subject to carrier limitations. We can not adjust parcels once in transit. Delivery times (2 day, 3 day) do not include the day the order was shipped/placed.

COD Service

COD service or Collect-on-Delivery is available for an additional charge. Please note, AlHannah.com must pay for delivery fees wether you accept your package or not. Please do NOT request COD service unless you plan on accepting your order.

COD Service is available by UPS Ground ONLY. We do not offer express shipping on COD orders under any circumstances.

COD Service has a minimum order amount of $20.00. Only Cashier's Check or Money Order will be accepted for COD payment. UPS will not accept Personal checks or cash.

Returned COD deliveries (refused by customer at delivery time or returned as unclaimed by customer) that require redelivery will be assessed a redelivery fee of the full cost of reshipment, return shipping, and prior shipment. (3 shipping charges that we are assessed by UPS.) This fee must be paid before the package is reshipped.

Due to the cost of processing & shipping COD orders, your refusal of delivery on a COD order may result in cancelation/rejection of your future COD orders.

International Customers

International Orders are subject to Customs regulation and US & International Law.

We are unable to mark forms as "gift" due to US & Foreign Customs regulations.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by your government. We do not impose these charges at time of sale - and these charges are NOT part of the cost of shipping. These fees may be due at the time of delivery if they apply to your purchase . Please contact your local Customs office or Post Office for more information on any applicable duties or taxes on your import.
